The real highlight of this McDonald's was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. It was pretty busy but didn't feel that way because the kitchen staff were efficient. The staff that was cleaning the dining area greeted everyone warmly and made sure things were right. It was a really unexpected uplifting visit to an otherwise ordinary fast food restaurant.

It's a good place to stop because: 7 oversized vehicle parking spots for either truckers or people towing trailers It still has self serve soda pop refill station. No ketchup packets, actual fountain dispensers. And still has a play place jungle gym for kids.

First, I will say this is the only fast food place in Pipestone, so it gets busy. Even through the busy times, they have managed to keep customer service and meals coming out hot. Yes, like all mcdonald's there has been mistakes but they ALWAYS make it right here. The manager Kristi has gone above and beyond, even for little things like when they didn't have my coffee. She personally came to my car, in the middle of an afternoon rush, apologized, gave my money back and a certificate for another coffee and encouraged me to return. Glad that this is an option!

The manager the day we came was chirpy and very helpful, brought a smile to our faces. I have to say it was by far the most pleasant experiences I have ever had at a McDonald's!

I came to this McDonald’s in the middle of noon and let me tell you the workers were so wonderful. They were quite busy with lots of new workers and such but everyone was friendly and they made sure we were taken care of. The kiosks were scary but the workers were happy to assist us and help us out. I ordered fries and a quarter and they were all fresh and hot. The fries were crispy and delicious and the quarter felt like it came right off the grill. Absolutely a top notch restaurant I will gladly stop again!

This was by far one of the best experiences I've ever had in a McDonald's!! Food was extra hot and fresh and the employees were so very nice and helpful !! I wish we lived closer to this one !! Thank you !!!
